Your role as an Operations Manager at AdBook Screens

AdBook Screens is looking for a driven Operations Manager ready to elevate our internal processes to new heights. We specialize in customized digital signage solutions and operate on a global scale, poised for further international expansion. This growth necessitates professionalization and optimization of our internal organization.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating daily operational activities within the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly and delivery of incoming orders, while overseeing broader operational aspects of the organization.

What will be your day to day job?

Prepare incoming orders for processing

Schedule assembly work and supervise the team

Monitor and adjust progress of internal projects and deliveries

Conduct quality control checks

Schedule and coordinate shipments

Maintain contact with customers regarding deliveries and support

Optimize inventory management

Communicate with suppliers to optimize conditions

Prepare and provide cost calculations to customers (supporting sales efforts)

What we will be expecting from you

We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager with a strong technical background to join XPO Screens. Ideally, you have a degree in a technical field and possess a minimum of HBO (Higher Vocational Education) level qualifications. Leadership is key in this role, as you will be responsible for managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with various software programs, including familiarity with Exact, would be beneficial. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, along with a valid driver's license (B).
